Meet us in the farmhouse kitchen! Our dinner party with assignments, is not a cooking class but a cooking experience. Hands-on and demonstration, during your time in our kitchen you will learn, touch the food, see the process until dinner is ready and we all enjoy it! We plan to share with you three different experiences that are deep connected to our European roots:
~The Argentinian Experience (we are from Argentina and have plenty of seasonal recipes to share with you),
~The Italian Experience (Sandra’s roots are Italian, recipes from her grandparents will be present at the table)
~The French Experience (Fabian’s Great-great grandmother was French; it may not be so close on the family tree but there is a cookbook that date way back to when Mamina and her daughter cooked together, and we are the lucky keepers of that jewel)
Meals are created from ingredients we have shopped for at the local farmer’s markets or from produce foraged in Piemonte kitchen garden.
