We have been cooking with lavender since 2005, our peach and lavender jelly was a hit and since then, lavender is a staple in our cooking and even in our cheeses.
From that time, we have grown lavender, cooked with lavender, made lavender products for home, bath and body and have managed a lavender farm for a whole season caring for the plants in the fields, the lavender harvest and teach and share our knowledge about lavender with the community.
Although we have a handful of lavender plants around the farmhouse and in the kitchen garden, having caught the lavender bug we decided to start our first Lavender Field!
We are lucky to have already a well-known line of lavender products at Piemonte Farm, the lavender field is the cherry on top of many years of working with that beautiful herb!
